Devotional 6/30

The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance, but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty. Proverbs 21:5

Victory: a matter of staying power.

Father God, I thank you for a fresh anointing. Thank you for giving us readjustment and realignment to do your will and accomplish your purposes for our lives. Forgive us for not doing that which we know we should be doing. Forgive us if there is anything in us that we are misusing, whether it is time, energy, finances, or other resources.

I ask you today for renewed strength, stamina, joy and focus. May we be in alignment with your momentum. Help us to refocus our vision, calling and ministry according to you. May you cause us great success. May we be in alignment with you. I ask you for an increase of wisdom and discernment; may we know when you are guiding us and may we yield to your direction and instruction. I also ask for wisdom and discernment to know how to categorize our relationships, whether they be business rapports, friendly associations or acquaintances. Please destroy the relationships, and habits which distract us and steal our energy. Help us to live in our focus, and to say no to whatever is outside of our focus.

I ask you to help us establish our focus, we invite you into our time and space. Your grace is all we need. May we have stronger convictions, and make intentional moves in the direction of our purpose. May you give us inspiration and creativity to novelty in our scope of influence Jesus. May our goals and vision be clear cut, so that we could run like Habakkuk.

May we grow in wisdom and discernment to enjoy this journey with you. May you heal the disappointments, so that we can be renewed in hope and faith: may you renew in us energy, drive and ambition. May we make the most of every opportunity! May it all glorify your name!

In Jesus name, Amen.
