Clear the way for abundance in your life 4/2022

However, as it is written: ‘What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived’ — the things God has prepared for those who love him. 1 Corinthians 2:9

Gideon was afraid when he saw the angel of the Lord appear before him. Ezekiel was afraid to speak to a rebellious people. And Joshua was afraid of becoming the leader of the people of Israel, after Moses passed away.

Remember, Moses and Jeremiah; they didn’t think that they could do it. Moses stuttered and Jeremiah was young and inexperienced (maybe intimidated). Remember Gideon, Ezekiel and Joshua; the Lord had to command them to not be afraid.

After all, moving forward takes courage. Moving towards God’s will, takes faith.

A God idea is not a man idea. When God calls us to do something:

– it will challenge our perception of ourselves

– it will cause fears to arise (we will have to deal with them or deal with the consequences of being stuck)

– it will bring Him glory

The Lord will open doors for you Himself. He will use your history (the embarrassing things included). But we have to humble ourselves and agree to ride on the passenger seat, instead of the drivers seat.

Father God, I pray you give us the courage to move when You tell us to release things, to speak when You will have us speak and walk by faith, when you tell us to GO.  In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
